AIIMS Delhi Application Process 2025
AIIMS Delhi application process differs with each and every course offered by the college. While, there are a few programmes for which the application must be submitted on the official website, programmes such as MBBS need no college-level application form. A programme-wise process of application for AIIMS New Delhi is as follows:
- MBBS:Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET or neet.nta.nic.inor directly go to https://examinationservices.nic.in/Neet2025/Registration/Instruction.aspx. There, students must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents and make payment of the application fee.
- MD/ MS/ MDS/ MCh/ DM: For admission to the PG courses, except for MSc, students are required to apply via the official website of INICET. Interested candidates have to complete the following four stages: basic registration, confirming the status of basic registration, code generation and final registration.

The dream college for every medical aspirant, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi is said to have one of the biggest and most beautiful campuses in India. The campus is spread over an area of 213.12 acres and is located in Ansari Nagar, Delhi (adjacent to the South Extension-II market). The total area of the AIIMS Delhi campus is over 200 acres. With well-maintained college buildings, laboratories, computer laboratories, library and more, AIIMS New Delhi set up an Innovation Facilitation Division in 2017 for accommodating AIIMS faculty and scientists as incubates.

- Boys' & Girls’ Hostel:There are multiple and separate hostel accommodations available for boys and girls pursuing UG and PG programmes.
- IT Infrastructure: Knowing that the IT infrastructure holds great importance in studies, AIIMS New Delhi boasts of a world-class IT infrastructure, unlike any other college in the city.
- Laboratories: The laboratories are well-equipped, contain all the important instruments as per the needs of the students and are fully air-conditioned.
- Library:The Delhi campus if AIIMS also has a large and well-equipped gym, swimming pool and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball, squash and soccer that provide ample opportunities for recreation.
- Sports Facilities: AIIMS has a central library known as BB Dikshit Library. This is located inside the AIIMS Delhi Campus, Ansari Nagar.

AIIMS Delhi Hostel
The students of AIIMS Delhi, in their verified students’ reviews, have mentioned that the college offers hostel facilities but not to all students until now. There are 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and a majority of this accommodation is for single students/ residents/ married students or families.
AIIMS Delhi Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students. The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly.
All hostellers are required and advised, by the institute, to check the inventory while occupying and vacating the hostel rooms. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached toilets but this facility is only available in married accommodation along with a few hostels. Otherwise, generally shared toilets and bathrooms are available for the students.

The total area of the AIIMS Delhi campus is over 200 acres. With well-maintained college buildings, laboratories, computer laboratories, library and more, AIIMS New Delhi set up an Innovation Facilitation Division in 2017 for accommodating AIIMS faculty and scientists as incubates.

- Boys' & Girls’ Hostel:There are multiple and separate hostel accommodations available for boys and girls pursuing UG and PG programmes.
- IT Infrastructure: Knowing that the IT infrastructure holds great importance in studies, AIIMS New Delhi boasts of a world-class IT infrastructure, unlike any other college in the city.
- Laboratories: The laboratories are well-equipped, contain all the important instruments as per the needs of the students and are fully air-conditioned.
- Library:The Delhi campus if AIIMS also has a large and well-equipped gym, swimming pool and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball, squash and soccer that provide ample opportunities for recreation.

AIIMS Delhi Hostel
The students of AIIMS Delhi, in their verified students’ reviews, have mentioned that the college offers hostel facilities but not to all students until now. There are 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and a majority of this accommodation is for single students/ residents/ married students or families.
AIIMS Delhi Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students. The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly.
All hostellers are required and advised, by the institute, to check the inventory while occupying and vacating the hostel rooms. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached toilets but this facility is only available in married accommodation along with a few hostels. Otherwise, generally shared toilets and bathrooms are available for the students.

The NEET 2025 counselling process is likely to begin by the first week of July 2025 . The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is the conducting authority for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The CBI has registered a case against Dr. Sandeep Jawahar Shah, a Solapur-based doctor, and unnamed NTA officials for allegedly orchestrating a scheme to manipulateNEET-UG 2025 marks. The racket targeted low-scoring candidates, promising to boost their scores for admission to prestigious government medical colleges in exchange for bribes up to ₹87.5 lakh.
The Delhi High Court has asked the National Testing Agency (NTA) to submit its response for the NEET UG 2025 petition filed by a candidate seeking compensatory marks on the ground of mental disturbance because of the defective biometric verification system at the NEET UG 2025 exam centre.
The NEET 2025 result and final answer key were released online by NTA on June 14, 2025. Out of 22,09,318 candidates who had appeared for the exam, 12,36,531 candidates have qualified. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has secured AIR 1 with 99.99 percentile. Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh has bagged AIR 2. The NEET 2025 question paper sets saw a change this year in terms of the nomenclature of codes. This year, there were four sets of question papers, 45, 46, 47 and 48, and no subsets. Till last year, the codes were alphanumeric, and each set had six subsets. This year, the total number of NEET applicants has also decreased compared to last year. According to NTA, around 22,76,909 candidates had registered for NEET 2025.

Reviewing the trends over the past three years, the NEET UG rank for AIIMS Delhi exhibited a dip in its last round of closing ranks for MBBS admission.
